YUUKA (we, us) handles the personal information of fire-keepers and everyone who uses this site with care, and only to the minimum necessary extent. We keep the place hidden, but not our practices. This policy sets out how we think about, and how we handle, your information.

We may collect the following information.
- Information you enter in the fire-keeper registration form: name, Instagram account, age, gender, and preferred dates and times.
- Identity documents: a driver license, passport, or the front side (the photo side) of a My Number Card.
- The content of correspondence by email or LINE.
- Information arising from use of this site: cookies (such as language settings) and information obtained through access analytics (IP address, pages viewed, device information, and the like).
We do not collect the My Number (Individual Number) for identity verification. Even if you send a My Number Card, we do not collect or store the reverse side bearing the number; we use only the front side, which carries the photograph, for identity verification.
We use collected personal information within the scope of the following purposes.
- Screening and identity verification as a fire-keeper.
- Contact and handling related to reservations, visits, and the fire-keeper spot experience.
- Responding to inquiries.
- Maintaining and improving this site and the service, and understanding usage (including statistical analysis).
Identity documents are used only for identity verification and are deleted promptly after verification is complete. Where retention is unavoidable, it is limited to the minimum necessary period and the persons who handle it are restricted.
Except where based on laws and regulations, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual.
We may outsource the handling of personal information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use (such as server provision, sending and receiving email, and access analytics). We exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over our contractors.
This site uses cookies, for example to store the display language. We also use an access analytics tool (Google Analytics) to understand usage, through which browsing information may be collected via cookies (this does not by itself identify an individual). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
To prevent leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information we collect, we take necessary and appropriate security measures, such as restricting access and deleting information that is no longer needed.
We respond without delay, in accordance with laws and regulations, to requests from the individual for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties of retained personal data. Please direct such requests to info@yu-ka.space.
